Questions
- What counts as an account?
- One company you upload with its domain. Every signal, research brief, Why reach out and hiring graph for that company is included.
- What happens when I hit the cap?
- The upload adds accounts up to your limit and lists any it skipped. Nothing already tracked is removed. You can swap out up to 5 accounts a month on Starter, 10 on Pro and 20 on Scale. Moving up a plan raises the cap the same day.
- How does billing work?
- One account is free, forever. Add a second and your 14-day trial starts, on up to 25 accounts. No card is needed until you choose a plan. Plans are per rep, per month, by card, with no annual contract. Cancel any time from Settings. Your data is deleted on request.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Without a plan, the app locks. Your free account stays open. Your other accounts and their research are kept for at least 30 days. Choosing a plan opens everything again at once.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, in either direction. Open Settings and click Change plan. Going down a plan means trimming the book to that plan's cap first.
- Why not just use ChatGPT?
